PRE-REQUISITES:

1 – 2 years working experience in projects is preferred.

  4. Understand Agile Planning, Estimating, & Monitoring
    • Write an USER STORY
    • Conduct a Story Writing & Sizing Workshop
    • Create Burn Down & Burn Up charts for monitoring
    • Develop a KANBAN board & Use it
  5. Monitor Risks Sprint-wise
  6. Identify Project Impediments & set strategy to remove those

Mr. Tohid is an engineer turned enterprise business analyst & project manager with 13+ Years of diversified experience in telecommunication, insurance, & banking Industry. Currently he is working as a OSS Transformation program manager in one of the top Mobile Network Operators in Bangladesh. He also worked for HSBC Bangladesh as a Change Manager, MetLife Bangladesh as Business Analyst and in Grameenphone Ltd. In diversified roles.

He has trained professionals from various industries, & from every hierarchy of corporate ladder in the fields of Project Management, Business Process Management & Reengineering, Tools for Strategic Analysis & Management for the last 5+ years
He has a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from KUET and an MBA (Finance) from NSU.
