Md. Kader Hossain
Labor Law Consultant and Specialist
Mr. Md. Kader Hossain is an experienced lawyer. He has more than 6 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources in the local industry. Along with being an IFC-certified trainer, he is a reputed trainer on Customer Service and Bangladesh Labor Act and has trained more than 2000 participants till date.
Mr. Hossain passed his LL.B & LL.M from the University of Rajshahi and is enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council and member of Dhaka Bar Association. He also holds Post-Graduate Diploma on Human Resource Management certified by Innovate Awarding, related by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OfQual) based in UK.
Currently, he is working in one of the leading financial institutions of Bangladesh and is a panel trainer of his organization. His core responsibilities cover initiating and maintaining appropriate disciplinary process and facilitating awareness sessions on internal codes of conduct & others. Along with proven experience in handling more than five hundred disciplinary cases, he was also a faculty member of different reputed private universities prior to joining his current job.
